Beam Miter Cutting Formula
Today in this post i will teach you how to do miter cutting in beam.
First of all, here we give you the formula.
Tan(Half Degree) × OD
Tan(90°/2) × 200
Tan(45°) × 200
200 mm
cutback 200 mm
Now let's see how to mark it!
First to mark a point in the beam and then its cutback marking has to be done as shown in the photo below.

After marking it has to be cut. As shown in the photo below.
After cutting, it has to be assembled as shown in the photo below.
So in this way you can cut the beam in any degree.

So, now let’s tell you how to check the degree of the beam, that means after cutting the beam in degree, if you have a doubt whether it is in 45 degree or not, then how to check, let us know.. First of all keep the right angle on the beam as shown in the photo below..
And after that marking of 100 mm is to be done in the right angle as shown below..

After that the formula given below has to be used.
Tan (degree) × A = B
Tan (45°) × 100 = B
1 × 100 = B
B = 100 mm.
After getting the answer, marking has to be done in this way.

After marking, a line has to be attached to it as shown in the photo below!
