Plate ka Cone banane ke liye  hame 5 chij malum hona chahiye..

1.  to aaiye sabse pahle ham Half Cone Angle Degree nikalte hai

 

Cone Formula

Tanθ = 500/1500

= 18.43 Degree

 

2. Uske baad ham Radius nikalte hai 

Radius = Top Diameter – Thickness = Ans ÷ 2 = Ans ÷ Sin(degree)

R₁ = 2000 – 10 = 1992 ÷ 2 = 995 ÷ Sin(18.43°) = 3147.28 mm

R₂ = 1000 – 10 = 990 ÷ 2 = 495 ÷Sin(18.43°) = 1565.73 mm

3. Calculation for Required Plate

D × π = Ans ÷ No of Plate

2000 × 3.142 = 6284 ÷ 3 = 2094.6

1000 × 3.142 = 3142 ÷ 3 = 1047.3

 

Half Degree Calculation

for big diameter

2000 × 3.142 = 6284 ÷ 3 = 2094.6

6284 × 3.142 = 19744.32 ÷ 2094.6 = 9.42°

360° ÷ 9.42° = 38.21° ÷ 2 = 19.10°

 

for Small Diameter

1000 × 3.142 = 3142 ÷ 3 = 1047.33

3142 × 3.142 = 9872.16 ÷ 1047.33 = 9.42°

360° ÷ 9.42° = 38.21° ÷ 2 = 19.10°
