MITER BEND FORMULA: hey guys in this post I have taught about miter bend formula in easy way as you can see in below images.
The formula for miter bend cutting
CF × Cut Degree/360° × Number of Cut × 2
STEP 1.. First of all ensure the pipe diameter and then find out their Circumference.
the formula for finding circumference = outer diameter x 3.142 (the value of pie)
so, CF = OD x 3.142
CF = 168 x 3.142 = 527.85 mm
STEP 2.. Now After calculating the CF divide it by center line.
depend up on your choice how ever I am suggesting you to make it in eight center line.

lets start to make in eight center line in the pipe
so, OD = 168 mm
and, CF = 168 x 3.142 = 527.85 mm
Now, divide by center line
So,527.85/8 = 65 mm
Now, let it mark in surrounding of pipe as shown in figure

STEP 3..
Now, Calculate the CUTBACK and MIDDLE and SIDE PCS length.
for calculating the cutback use this Formula =
So, CF × Cut Degree/360° × Number of Cut × 2
= 527.85 x 90°/360° x 3 x 2
so, 47506.5/2160
So, 21.99 mm Cutback.
Now i am going to multiply it by 4 because i am going to make this elbow in short radius.
21.99 × 4 = 87.96 mm this is Middle Piece Length.

Now we will divide it by 2 for side piece length 87.96/2 = 43.98 mm
Mark the Cutback in Pipe as Shown in below image
